Introduction

At ScienceDrivenPerformance, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and value for your investment in your health and fitness. However, please be aware of our refund policy before you commit to any training or services:

All fees/charges paid by you towards our training and/or services are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, in the unlikely event that our coaching team is unable to deliver the signed-up training program before the set deadline, we will adjust your fees/charges against any services already availed. Any balance remaining after this adjustment will be refunded to you.

We encourage you to fully understand our refund policy prior to making a commitment. Please go through the Terms and Conditions page for further details.  If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. SDP Comprehensive Coaching Offer:

  • Refund Window: You can request a full refund within 90 days of purchasing the Comprehensive Coaching from us. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  • How to Request a Refund: Email us at coaching@sciencedrivenperformance.com with your proof of purchase.

2. SDP Comprehensive Coaching Monthly Subscription:

  • Non-Refundable: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@sciencedrivenperformance.com. You will not be charged for the following month.

Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you haven’t achieved the results projected for you after the program design phase, you may be eligible for a refund under these conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Documentation: Provide evidence such as monthly weight tracker and training data, records of frequent communication with coaches, and results from our strategies.
  • Progression Stages: Complete the “Fat  Loss” phase or spend at least six months in the “Gaining” phase.

Exclusions

  • Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

    • Non-compliance to training, diet or tracking protocol prescribed by the coaching team.
    • Failure to follow our guidelines and protocols.
    • Exiting the program prematurely.
    • Not participating in recommended training or check-in sessions.
    • Using dishonest tactics.
    • Not providing timely feedback.

Income & Expenditure Metrics

  • Refunds will be considered for clients who meet the following criteria:

    • Adherence to Training, Diet and Accountability Protocols: Clients must follow the coaching protocols outlined by our team.
    Consistent communication, Attendance and Action: Clients are expected to be engaging with the coaching team regularly and are required to regularly attend the Check-in Calls to discuss their progress and training performance, and execute action steps specified by our team based on their performance metrics.

Document Compliance

  • Clients must read, understand, and follow the actionable documents provided by our team for coaching, correctly implementing the steps outlined in the plan.

Query Resolution

  • Clients must raise important coaching-related queries through the following channels:

    • Fortnightly Check-In calls.
    • Support Email id – support@sciencedrivenperformance.com.

    Queries mentioned in WhatsApp groups or individual DMs to team members may be missed due to a high volume of messages.
