Science Driven Performance provides personalized coaching services focused on weight loss, muscle gain, and overall fitness improvement. This includes customized workout plans, nutrition guidance, regular progress tracking, and one-on-one virtual consultations. Specific services and packages are detailed on our website and through our representatives.

PURCHASE OPTIONS

We offer two types of purchases:

One-time Purchase: A single payment for a defined service period, as outlined on the website, with no renewal.
Subscription Purchase: A recurring payment for ongoing coaching services. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration as initially selected unless canceled by either party.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final, and no refunds are provided after transactions are completed. However, if you adhere to our coaching guidance for 90 days and do not see measurable progress, you may qualify for a refund under our results-guarantee policy. PREMIUM SERVICES

We offer premium, one-on-one coaching services, which may include online training sessions, advanced nutrition planning, and detailed body composition analysis. These services are marketed through digital platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to generate leads and awareness among qualified clients.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any changes, price adjustments, or service suspensions.

LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE

Our services are designed for personal use and are not intended for competitors or for any benchmarking activities. Additionally, any service changes beyond the outlined scope of your current plan require mutual approval between both parties.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

While we provide expert tools, methods, and coaching strategies, the success of your fitness journey is ultimately your responsibility. You must follow through with the guidance provided to achieve your desired results. Additionally, you are responsible for understanding and complying with any personal medical or dietary restrictions.

COPYRIGHT

All content, training materials, and resources we create are the intellectual property of Empirical Performance LLP (trading as Science Driven Performance). Upon termination of your subscription, all materials provided to you can be used for personal purposes only. You do not have the right to sell, license, or redistribute these materials to third parties.

PAYMENTS & BILLING

All payments for setup and coaching services are to be made upfront. Subscriptions are billed monthly, with automatic renewals unless canceled. Failure to make payments on time may result in immediate service termination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Science Driven Performance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empirical Performance LLP (trading as Science Driven Performance) and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any third-party claims, judgments, verdicts, or settlements due to the Client’s misuse of the services, breach of these terms, or violation of any laws or regulations.

Time Frame for Refund Request: Clients seeking a refund must submit their request within 15 days of reaching the one-year mark of their association with Science Driven Performance. Requests made beyond this window will not be entertained.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In cases where this is not possible, we will reach out to clients to provide a bank transfer. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Documentation: All claims for refunds should be supported by relevant documentation as specified in the refund policy. To ensure a smooth process, clients are required to fill out the Refund Request Form, which will guide them through the necessary details and proofs to be provided. Failure to complete the form or provide the required documentation may result in the denial of the refund request.

Policy Review: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to stay updated on any changes. Major policy changes will be communicated via email.

Decision Time: Post-review, we’ll inform you about our decision. If we’re refunding, expect it within the next 14 business days.

Refund Eligibility Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted to clients who are still within the initial “Weight Loss” or “Muscle Gain” phases, and who haven’t dedicated a minimum of 3-6 months to the coaching process. Refunds will also not be provided to clients who achieve or exceed their initial goals set by our coaching team, fail to adhere to expert guidance and protocols, exit the program prematurely and rejoin later, do not actively participate or engage in recommended training or consultation sessions, do not utilize or integrate the provided tools and resources as directed, use dishonest tactics, or fail to provide timely feedback or collaborate during the set checkpoints and review stages.
